There are still a few places available on our Monday mat calsses at the Pensioner's Hall, Park Lane, Caerphilly. These are 90 minutes sessions starting at 7.15 pm, ending 8.45 pm.

The class is run in blocks of 5 prepaid sessions (£40). After the first session you decide if you would like to continue with the following 4 sessions. The fee for only attending the first session is £8. We take a maximum of 10 students. Please bring with you a mat, a small towel and water.
