All sessions include a spine massage after Shia-Tsu method.
10 units cards are valid for three months.

Pilates Mat Classes
Small groups of 10 to 12 participants learn to apply Pilates Principles to the movements. We also develop exercise programs that meet individual needs. If you wish, we create a home excercise program for you.more info >>
